I got a $50 Tropical Gift Card. It was deceiving in how marketed. It said was I think deliberately confusing as said scheduled maintenance excluded. Are oil changes scheduled maintenance or just maintenance? Is oil change a service? When scheduled my oil change was asked if going to use my cars. Said yes and why called to get appointment. When tried to use denied use. Really ugly model and was going to buy new corvette from you. This experience had me go to Bomin Chevrolet…you lost a customer

Too much time to check out a brand new blazer ev (purchased 2 days ago) that needed some new pieces to be ordered already. Unbelievably frustrating and a waist of precious time.
