Very friendly and professional service great experience and I'm very happy with my new truck.

I would like to share some feedback about my experience at the dealership this past Saturday. I was there for approximately six and a half hours, which is a significant amount of time to spend in the showroom. I understand that Saturdays are busy, and I appreciate the effort that goes into assisting multiple customers. However, such a lengthy wait, especially when making a purchase of over $20,000, was difficult. What was most concerning to me was the lack of basic customer care during that time. At no point was I offered water or asked if I needed anything while I waited. Small gestures like that make a meaningful difference in how customers feel, particularly during a long buying process. I am happy with my vehicle, but the overall experience did not reflect the level of service I would expect when making a major purchase. I am sharing this feedback in the spirit of helping improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your time and attention.

It's was pretty good my finance guy was amazing and help me through the complete process and explained everything the sale manager also helped me out a lot

Everything was okay except finance doesn't like to work with sales.
