I would like to share some feedback about my experience at the dealership this past Saturday. I was there for approximately six and a half hours, which is a significant amount of time to spend in the showroom. I understand that Saturdays are busy, and I appreciate the effort that goes into assisting multiple customers. However, such a lengthy wait, especially when making a purchase of over $20,000, was difficult. What was most concerning to me was the lack of basic customer care during that time. At no point was I offered water or asked if I needed anything while I waited. Small gestures like that make a meaningful difference in how customers feel, particularly during a long buying process. I am happy with my vehicle, but the overall experience did not reflect the level of service I would expect when making a major purchase. I am sharing this feedback in the spirit of helping improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your time and attention.
